Before he started his in-house career with Accenture from 2007-2011, he had 7 years private practice experience, specializing in regulatory and corporate areas.

李顺成目前是澳帝桦中国法律合规部负责人。作为本地管理团队的一员，李先生负责公司国内法律、合规、政策、监管及政府事务，管理法律合规部门。在加入澳帝桦之前，他是交通银行总行高级法律顾问，主要负责机构间复杂交易的法律支持。2007年至2011年，他是埃森哲大中华区法律合规部的法务经理，在此之前他有七年在监管及公司事务方面的律师执业经验。

River Pu, General Manager of Legal and Risk Management Department of Sinochem International Corporation. He graduated from East China University of Politics & Law with a master degree, and served in Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and then Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited. He assisted Sinochem in conducting several major M&A, financing and restructuring projects, both in China and abroad. He also has much experience in international trade dispute resolution practice.  Mr. Pu is also an arbitrator of SHIAC (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and vice chairman of Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association.

浦江，中化国际（控股）股份有限公司法务与风险管理部总经理。华东政法学院硕士毕业，曾供职于上海市司法局、和记黄埔地产管理有限公司。帮助公司完成多个重大境内外投融资、资产重组项目，同时在国际贸易争议解决方面有较多实务经验。浦江先生还是上海市国际仲裁中心仲裁员，并担任上海市法律顾问协会副会长。
